Mr. Swarup Talukder – Managing Director
 Passed Bsc Honors in Physics from Calcutta University in 1977, passed B. Tech in Applied Physics, specialized in Electrical Machines & Power Supply System under University College of Technology, Calcutta University. 1980. To sharpen his designing skills he went on to study Computer Aided Design (CAD) from Jadhavpur University.
He started his professional journey as Junior Scientist in National Test House Alipore, Calcutta in 1981. To utilize his skills BCCL (Coal India) has hired him. Duirng his 30 years of professional career he also worked with United Transformers & Electricals as Design & Testing Engineer, with Truvolt Engineering Company Calcutta as Design Engineer, with KVA Process & Engineering as Chief designer and with MakPower Transfarmers Pvt. Ltd as Director Technical
He was also partner in Delta Power Process and Tesla Transformers & Electricals.
Achievement: He is the pioneer of Transformer industry in Howrah and more then 100 direct employment is created in the leadership of this entrepreneur. The transformers designed and manufactured by Sri Swarup Talukder have got the all India Market and as well as export market also.
He is the first Designer and manufacturer of submersible Arc-furnace Transformers in eastern India.
The most remarkable achievement of Mr. Swarup Talukder is in the field of Automatic Voltage Regulation and Transformer with in build Voltage stabilizer. This product became very popular for the high voltage (6KV, 11KV, 33KV and 132KV) consumers.
All over India large numbers of Bulk power consumers are affected by the variation of Voltage causing damage of their valuable machines and as well as loosing valuable production time. The new method of voltage regulation introduced by Mr. Talukder enables balk power consumers to run their factories smooth and efficiently.

Mr. Anjan Kumar Ganguly – Director
 Finance is in his genes, coming from a family where his father was a C.A. (chartered
Accountant) at the time of Independence. He passed his B.Com in 1976 from Calcutta University. During
course of time he did his Company Secretary –Inter Group -1in 1980, Chartered Accountancy in 1983,
A.C.A. in 1983 and F.C.A. in 1989.
After passing final C.A. exam he became partner of N C Ganguli & Co in 1983. Like his various certifications
he has given consultancy to variety of companies as a Statutory Auditor including few BSE listed
companies. He also handled Public Issue formalities On Track Systems Ltd, Where he is Statutory Auditor
from last 14 years. He is statutory auditor for more than 12 Private Limited Companies, 35 Partnership firms
and dozens of proprietorship firms.
As a professional he is giving other services like Income Tax, Sales Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), Profession Tax
and other allied tax matte.
Sri Anjan Kumar Ganguly is renowned and successful person in his profession. His excellent finance
management established M/S Century Transformer Pvt. Ltd, as a profit making concern from the take off
period of the company.

Mr. Sumoy Banerjee – Director
 This young lad is expert in designing, testing and execution. To hone his skill set he did Diploma in Electrical Engineering followed by AMIE from Institution of Engineers & Diploma in Quality Management and ISO during 97-05. Before joining Century he was with Truevolt Engineering Company as a Engineer and with KVA Process & Engineering as a production Engineer. He was working as assistant Designer and associated with M/S Makpower Transformers Pvt. Ltd. and M/S Tesla Transformers and Electricals. He is the active partner of all the new achievement of the enterprising technical team. He is the one who takes care of Century's Quality initiatives and maintain stringent quality norms for our products.
To support our leadership team, we have more than 12 engineers/team leaders and 30 worker who are dedicated to produce quality product in timely manner.
We also have few registered vendors to help install our transformers and execute Turn Key Projects which we undertake.
